Function Introduction

1.VoltageDisplay battery volage measurement  range:8-100V

2.CurrentDisplay charge/discharge current,measurement range:0-500A

Note: Please refer to the shunt sampler specifications

3.PowerDisplay charging/discharging power,measurement range:0-50kW

Note:Please refer to the shunt sampler specifications

4.Charging/discharging  accumulated  energy  consumption

Display the charging/discharging cumulative energy consumption, measurement  range:0-99999.99kWh.
If  exceeded,it remains unchanged unlessmanually  cleared.

5.Temperature

Display battery temperature, measurement  range:-30-105°C.

Note: This function must be used in conjunction with an external temperature  sensor and reliably connected to the battery; lf  it exceeds the measurement range,display: OL; if not connect the sensor, display: ---; Sensor specifications:NTC/R100K/B3950K.

6.Remainingtimeforcharging/discharging

Display the remaining time of battery charging/discharging, measurement range:0-99:59.

Note:① The remaining time is dynamically adjusted based on the charging/dischargingcurrent;
② The longest remaining time is displayed as 99:59. lf the actual time exceeds thislimit, it will remain the remaining time is less than 99:59, the numerical change willbe observed;

7.Number of cycles

Display the cumulative number of charge and discharge cycles of the battery.counting+1 foreach charge/discharge cycle,The numberofcycles is used as a roughjudgment basis for the approximate degree of battery wear and tear, the countingrangeis0-9999.lfexceeded,itremainsunchanged unless manuallyreset.

NOte：Charging/discharging once refers to reaching the actual capacity, which is,fully charging/discharging.

8.Battery Health

Display the health status of the battery as a percentage, The battery health is an import indicator for determining its condition;

Battery health=actual  maximum capacity/theoretical maximum capacity* 100%;

Actual  maximum capacity  is the fully charged capacity value;

Theoretical maximum capacity is the pre-set fully capacity value；

1.Over temperature alarm

When the temperature exceeds the alarm value, the temperature value flash +sound alarm. Press any button to turn off the sound, and the on/off status will bedisplayed as【OFF】;

2.Over voltage alarm

When the voltage exceeds 1.2 times the full capacity voltage, the voltage value flash+sound alarm,others are as describedin section l.

3.Over current alarm

When the charging/discharging current exceeds the alarm value, the current valueflash +sound alarm,others are as describedin section 1.Note: The productonlyprovidesa5/0Vvoltage output driven by a transistor for on/off operation.To achieve external control,the user should add circuits (such as relays).

lll.Shut down

Long press 【A】and【V】to enter the shutdown state. Before shutdown, there will bea prompt message:"Shutdownin 5 seconds, press any key to exit".

Note:After entering shutdown (sleep mode),the coulometer does not work; You canpress any button to wake up, but the battery voltage cannot be lower than zero capacity voltage.

Just connect it following the above diagram. The connection between this productand the currentsensorisveryconvenientthrough aUSB-USB cable.

Note:

1. The B- on the current sensor represents the negative pole of the battery B+ represents the positive pole of the battery; L- represents the negative pole ofdischarge load/charger.

2. The wiring ofthe charging and discharging circuit current sensor must be connected through the negative pole, cannot be connected in positive pole circuit,otherwise will cause short circuit.

3. The wiring ofthe negative circuit ofthe 50A sensoris locked by the nuts at both ends of it; First loosen the nut, insert the wire between the copper sheetsin the hole,then tighten the nut.

4. The user selects the appropriate wire diameter for connection based on thetestingcurrent.The currentsensoris aheatingdevice,should maintain a cooland unobstructed usage environment as much as possible.
